  3. 2 cups 474ml Nonfat sour cream

  4. 1 Unsweetened crushed pineapple - (8 oz)

  5. 1/3 cup 78ml Mini marshmallows

  6. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla extract

  8. 6 Maraschino cherries - halved

  1. Recipe Instructions Line twelve 2 3/4-inch muffin cups with foil liners. Place the walnuts in a blender or food processor and pulse several times, until coarsely chopped. Add the bananas and pulse until just blended. Add the sour cream, pineapple and its juice, the marshmallows, sugar and vanilla; pulse until just blended. Spoon 1/4 cup of the mixture into each lined cup. Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours. Soften in the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes and serve, garnished with the cherry halves.
