  1. Cook lettuce in boiling water with 1 tbsp oil until done. Drain and put on a serving plate. Keep warm. Pan-fry pressed bean curd slices with oil until golden yellow. Arrange on top of lettuce. Pour Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavored Sauce and Sesame Oil over bean curd slices. Serve hot.
