  1. 100g Minced pork

  2. 250g French Beans, cut into 2cm lengths

  3. 1 tsp minced Garlic

  4. 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce*

  5. 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce*

  6. 1 tsp Sugar*

  7. Dash of Sesame Oil*

  8. Dash of Pepper*

  9. 1 Tbsp Spicy Bean Paste

  10. 100ml Water

  11. 1 tsp Cornflour mixed with

  12. 1 Tbsp Water

  1. Heat non-stick wok with a thin coat of cooking oil.

  2. Stir-fry garlic and spicy bean paste for 1 minute.

  3. Add in minced pork and fry until colour changes.

  4. Add in french beans, seasoning ingredients* and water.

  5. When the pork and beans are cooked, add in the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce is thick.

  6. Serve with rice.
