  1. 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  3. 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

  4. 2 (15 ounce) cans chili without beans

  5. 2 cups salsa

  6. 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed

  7. 2 (2 1/4 ounce) cans sliced ripe olives, drained Tortilla chips

  1. In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Transfer to a slow cooker. Stir in the chili, salsa, cream cheese and olives. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir before serving with tortilla chips. ');
