  1. 6 cups 1422ml Hulled strawberries

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Grated lemon rind

  5. 4 teaspoons 20ml Or 8 small biscuits (large)

  6. 2 cups 474ml Sweetened whipped cream

  1. Recipe Instructions In a food processor puree 1 cup of the berries, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Thinly slice the remaining berries and toss with puree. Split the biscuits in half on 4 dessert plates. Spoon the berry mixture over the bottom halves of biscuits. Spoon whipped cream over and replace biscuit tops. Spoon on more whipped cream and berry mixture. This recipe yields 4 servings.
