    3. 1/8 ts Salt

    4. 1/2 c Packed light brown sugar

    5. 1/4 c Granulated sugar

    6. 1/2 c Unsalted butter, softened

    7. 1 c Smooth peanut butter Preferably jif

    8. 1 lg Egg

    9. 1/2 ts Vanilla For milk chocolate topping:

    10. 6 oz Milk chocolate

    11. 6 oz Bittersweet chocolate

    12. 6 tb Unsalted butter; softened For cherry preserves -topping:

    13. 1 1/2 Jars Cherry preserves;
