  1. 1 (9-ounce.) package BUITONI Fettuccine, cooked according to package directions

  2. 16 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp, cooked

  3. 2 (16-ounce) jars chunky salsa

  4. 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles

  5. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  6. 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

  7. 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  8. 1 tablespoon lime juice

  9. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  10. 1/4 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber

  1. Combine salsa, bell peppers, green onions, chiles and lime juice in medium skillet. Bring to a gentle boil; add shrimp. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are heated through. Add cilantro Toss fettuccine with salsa and shrimp mixture. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Garnish with cucumbers.
