  17. 1 tablespoon minced ginger

  18. 1 teaspoon chili paste

  19. 3 tablespoons chicken broth or water -- up to

  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to stand several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Thread beef onto metal skewers or wooden skewers which have been soaked in water. Broil or grill over charcoal to desired doneness. Serve as is or with Spicy Peanut Sauce.

  2. Peanut Sauce: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve as a sauce for meat, chicken or crudités.
