  1. 1 1/2 cups warm water

  2. 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (or one packet)

  3. 1 teaspoon sugar

  4. 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt Easy Pizza Sauce

  6. 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

  7. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  1. Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl, stir in yeast mixture, and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic -- about 10 minutes. Cover with a clean, damp kitchen towel and let rise in a warm draft-free place until the dough doubles in volume -- about 90 minutes. Form dough into 6 balls. Flatten balls into desired shape. Place on a medium-high grill. Once the dough gets brown, flip over. Put sauce and toppings on the dough. Cook until the dough is browned on the bottom. If the cheese need to melt longer, place the pizza on your second rack until it is melted.
