  1. 6 oz 170g Macaroni

  2. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped

  3. 1 cup 237ml Mushroom - sliced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Italian seasoning - dried

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Rosemary - dried

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground cummin

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced garlic

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oil

  9. 1 Stewed tomatoes

  10. 8 oz 227g Tomato sauce

  11. 1 Green beans - drained

  12. 1 cup 237ml Monterey jack - shredded

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook pasta per package directions, drain and set aside. In 10 inch skillet cook onion, mushrooms and seasoning until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; cook uncovered over medium high heat for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in the pasta, green beans and 1/2 cup of shredded monterey cheese. Season to taste with salt& pepper. Stir well to mix then pour into an 8 X 12 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
