  1. 50g butter

  2. 1 tsp salt

  1. Cut all vegeatbles to sizes as desired.

  2. Boil all vegetables with water (add little oil & salt to retain the colour of the vegetables) 3. Add butter then garlic and stir until garlic slightly brown. Add all the vegetables and stir well.

  3. Serve in desired saucer and garnish with baby tomatoes and parsley.
