  1. Unseasoned Meat Tenderizer 1 Flank Steak

  2. 1 Garlic Clove

  3. Freshly Ground Pepper 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

  4. 1/4 Cup Vermouth

  5. Dash Tabasco Sauce

  6. 2 hrs. or longer. Broil under very high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side Serve rare and carve diagonally. Flank steak must be rare to be tender.

  7. Serves: 4
