  1. Orange Honey Mustard

  3. 1/2 c flour

  4. 1/4 c sugar

  5. 1/4 c mustard powder

  6. 2 ts turmeric

  7. 1/2 c water

  8. 1/2 c honey

  9. 2 c cider vinegar

  10. 1 grated rind of large orange

  11. Combine flour, sugar, mustard powder and turmeric in small bowl.

  12. Stir in water. Let stand for 2 hours.

  13. Combine mustard mixture, honey and vinegar in top of double boiler.

  14. Cook, whisking often, over boiling water until mixture just begins

  15. 3 minutes. Cook

  16. 2 minutes longer, whisking

  17. constantly, until slightly thickened. Stir grated orange rind into just-cooked mustard mixture (Mixture will thicken completely on

  18. standing.) turn into clean storage jar. Cover and refrigerate at

  19. least overnight or for up to 1 month.
