  1. for Preparation First of all, prepare the chicken breasts into thin strips and do the same for broccoli. Preheat canola oil in a large wok over medium heat setting. Add chicken and almond pieces, stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in broccoli and reduce heat setting to low. Cover lid and cook for another 5-6 minutes, until vegetable turns tender. In the meanwhile, take a medium size mixing bowl and combine the ingredients - ginger, cornstarch, brown sugar, soy sauce and pineapple juice. Mix well and add this in the chicken mixture.
