  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Lean ground beef

  2. 1 Egg - beaten

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  5. 1 Boursin or herbed chevre cheese - (5 oz)

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat broiler In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce until mixed well. Divide into five portions. Form three-quarters of each portion into patty, reserving remainder. Make indentation in center of patty and fill with 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover cheese with reserved meat, and form a finished patty. Broil patty 3 to 5 minutes on each side, according to taste. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 5 burgers.
