  2. CREAMY SPAGHETTI

  6. 8 oz Fusilli (curly) type spagh.

  7. 3 oz Cream cheese

  8. 1/2 c Parmesan cheese -- grated

  9. 3/4 c Half and half

  10. 1/4 c Chives -- chopped

  11. 2 cn Tuna, drained and flaked

  12. Salt and pepper to taste

  13. 1/4 c Butter

  14. Parsley -- chopped

  15. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile let cream

  16. cheese soften in small bowl at room temperature; blend in remaining

  17. ingredients, except butter and parsley. When the spaghetti is done, drain

  18. and butter it. Pile onto plates and top with cream cheese-tuna mixture.

  19. Sprinkle each serving liberally with parsley.
