  1. Cheesecake

  3. 4 lg eggs

  4. 3 tb flour

  5. 1 1/2 c sugar

  6. 3 tb cornstarch

  7. softened - 4 8

  8. 2 ts vanilla

  9. c butter - 1

  10. 1 pt sour cream

  11. Fruit topping optional

  12. Beat eggs in large bowl. Blend in sugar, flour and cornstarch. Add

  13. remaining ingredients blending well after each addition. Blend

  14. until smooth. Pour into 9 inch springform pan. Pan will be very

  15. 1 hour at

  16. 325F. Turn oven off and leave cake to cool

  17. with oven door open for another hour. Remove and refrigerate.

  18. Note: This recipe does not call for a crust. I usually use a basic

  19. graham cracker or chocolate cookie with butter crust. I have used

  20. a 10in pan for this cake as well. This is a very tall cake you can

  21. use more or less sugar to your taste. Decorate with fruit, chocolate

  22. whatever you want!
