  1. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Gorgonzola cheese

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Sour cream

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Brandy

  1. Blend the Gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups dip.

  2. Suggested dippers: cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, jicama, pear, apple, Anjou pear, nectarines.
