  2. ROBIN'S POT PIE

  8. 1/4 c Unbleached all-purpose flour

  9. 1 tb Nutritional yeast flakes

  10. 1 t Salt

  11. 3/4 ts Garlic powder

  12. 3 c Firm tofu, cubed

  13. 2 tb Vegetable oil

  14. 1 c Onion, chopped

  15. 1 c Celery, sliced

  16. 1 c Carrots, chopped

  17. 1 c Assorted vegetables

  18. 2 c Chickenless gravy, see

  20. Set the pie shell aside. Combine the flour, yeast,

  21. salt, garlic powder & tofu in a paper bag, and shake.

  22. Saute the tofu mixture in the oil until lightly

  23. browned. Add the onion, celery & carrots & continue to

  24. saute until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the

  25. other vegetables & cook until the vegetables are

  26. tender but crisp, about 5 minutes.

  27. Preheat the oven to 375F. Pour the gravy over the

  28. mixture in the skillet & stir. Pour into the pie

  29. shell. Roll out top dough & place on pie. Bake for 30

  30. minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

  31. VARIATION: Pour vegetable mixture into an uncovered

  32. casserole dish & top with crushed cornflakes. Bake for 30 minutes.
