  3. 1 Evaporated milk - (12 oz)

  4. 2 Eggs (large)

  5. 3/4 cup 120g / 4 1/5oz Brown sugar - (packed)

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Ground cinnamon

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground nutmeg

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground ginger Whipped Cream

  10. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped pecans

  1. Recipe Instructions Place pie crust in 9-inch pie plate. Make decorative edge. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, brown sugar, Tabasco pepper sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. With electric mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until well mixed. Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean. Cool pie on wire rack. To serve, top pie with a large dollop of whipped cream; garnish with chopped pecans. This recipe yields 8 servings.
