  1. 1 Pound ground 1 Teaspoon salt

  2. 1/8 Teaspoon pepper -- celery salt, garlic salt and nutmeg if desired

  3. 1/2 Cup dry bread or cracker crumbs

  4. 1/2 Cup water

  5. 2 Tablespoons grated onion

  6. 1 Can cream of mushroom soup -- (10 1/2 ounce)

  7. 1/4 soup can of water gravy coloring if desired

  1. Preparation : Mix meat, seasonings, bread crumbs, water and onion. Form into 24 small balls. Roll in flour; brown in hot fat. Mix soup, water, gravy coloring: pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
