  2. 1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix

  3. 1 1/3 cups dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/3 can grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 8 ounces tomato sauce

  6. 1 chicken -- cut up

  7. 2 tablespoons oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. In a small bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce mix, bread crumbs, and cheese. Pour tomato sauce into another small bowl. Dip the chicken pieces into the tomato sauce, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13" baking pan and drizzle with the oil. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until tender and no pink remains.
