  1. + Directions : Coat A Large Skillet With Cooking Spray. Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add Turkey & Onion; Cook Until Turkey Is Browned, Stirring To Crumble. Drain Well. Return To Skillet. Stir in Water & Italian Seasoning, Salt, Garlic Powder & Tomato Paste. Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat & Simmer Uncovered 10 Min. OR Until Thickened, Stirring Occasionally.
