  1. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Apple pie filling

  2. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Brown sugar

  3. 1 Crushed pineapple - drained

  4. 1 Yellow cake mix

  5. 1 Coconut - flaked

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Pecans - chopped

  7. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Margarine

  1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan with oil or food spray. Dump ingredients in pan in order given. Slice margarine into pats all over top of cake.

  2. Bake in 350F for about 50 minutes. Cut in small squares, or spoon out. Can be eaten hot or cold, but best served warm from oven with vanilla ice cream. Serve cold with whipped cream or topping.
