  1. 30 grams butter or margarine

  2. 1 teaspoon curry powder

  3. 1 small onion -- chopped

  4. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

  5. 1 large cooking apple -- peel and slice

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 4 green tomatoes -- cut in wedges

  8. 2 teaspoons sugar

  1. Preparation : Heat butter in a 30cm x 20cm baking dish, covered with paper towel, on 100% power for 45 sec. or until melted. Add onion. Cook on HIGH 2-3 mins., until softened, stirring twice. Stir in apple, sugar, curry powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir in green tomatoes. Cook on HIGH for 5-7 mins., until tender, stirring occasionally. Transfer to warm serving dish. Serve hot.
