  1. 2 Tender coconuts

  2. 1 Kewra essence

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  1. Remove water from coconuts.

  2. Break open and scrape the tender malai.

  3. Add sugar and essence.

  4. Chill the mixture well.

  5. Run the mixture in a mixie.

  6. Serve while frothy in glasses.

  7. Note: If coconut water is not sweet add some more sugar.

  8. Making time: 10 minutes (except chilling time)

  9. Makes: 3 or 4 glasses
