  9. 15 ounces cooked kidney beans

  10. 24 ounces tomato paste/sauce

  11. 1 cup Water

  12. 1 Tablespoon Chili powder

  13. 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin powder

  14. 4 Tablespoon Sugar

  15. 2 Teaspoon Salt

  16. 1 Teaspoon Oregano leaves

  1. Good slow pot recipe. Longer cooking enhances the flavor. Soak granuleburger in boiling water for 10 minutes or more. Place oil in heavysaucepan. Combine onions, green pepper, garlic and saute in oil. Add thegranule burger to the sauteed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes. Add the restof the ingredients. Simmer at least 1 hour.
