  1. Freezer Peach Jam

  2. 3 1/2 c prepared peaches

  3. 3 1/4 c sugar

  4. 2 tb lemon juice

  5. 1 pkg certo Light Pectin

  6. Peel and pit ripe peaches. Chop finely or put through blender.

  7. Measure fruit into a large bowl. Mix pectin with 1/4-cup of sugar.

  8. Add to the fruit. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add balance of remaining

  9. sugar and stir for 3 minutes.

  10. Pour into containers, leaving 1/4-inch at the top for expansion.

  11. Let at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in the freezer.
