  1. 1/4 cup Keebler Vanilla Wafers (finely crushed, about 6 cookies), divided

  2. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  3. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  4. 1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  5. 1 cup finely chopped ham

  6. 1 cup sour cream

  7. 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 4 eggs, slightly beaten

  1. Coat 9-inch pie plate with nonstick coating. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cookie crumbs in pie plate. Set aside.

  2. In small saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. In medium bowl stir together remaining 3 tablespoons cookie crumbs, onion mixture, cheese, ham, sour cream, mustard and pepper. Stir in eggs.

  3. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake at 325F about 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
