  2. 3 cups 711ml Heavy cream - (1 1/2 pints)

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground nutmeg

  5. 1 Loaf French Bread Maple syrup - for accompaniment

  1. Recipe Instructions Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg together. Slice bread into 10 slices. Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased 13- by 9- by 2-inch baking pan. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight-turning slices once. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with warm maple syrup. This recipe yields 12 servings.
