  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - chopped

  4. 1 Garlic - chopped

  5. 4 teaspoons 20ml Flour

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Green pepper - chopped

  7. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Corn - frozen

  8. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Mushrooms - sliced

  9. 1 Tomato sauce - (8 oz)

  10. 1 Tomatoes - (7 1/2 oz) Chopped

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chili powder

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Italian seasoning

  13. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cheddar cheese - shredded

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven at 375. For filling, in a skillet cook turkey, onion, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in flour, green pepper, corn, mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chili powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook and stir until thickened, bubbly, and vegetables are tender. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the filling into each tortilla and top each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 25 minutes.
