  1. 2 c Sliced ripe mangos

  2. 2 tb Lemon juice

  3. 1 tb Margarine

  4. 1/3 c Brown sugar

  5. 1/4 c Margarine

  6. 3/4 c Sugar

  7. 1 Egg

  8. 1/2 c Milk

  9. 1 1/4 c Flour

  10. 2 ts Baking powder

  11. 1/4 ts Salt

  12. 15 minutes. Melt

  13. 1 Tbsp. margarine in

  14. 8 in. cake pan or casserole. (Do not use iron skillet as mangos will darken.) Add brown sugar and cover with mango slices. To prepare cake batter, cream margarine; add sugar and cream; add beaten egg. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk. Pour over mangos and bake
