  1. 3 and 1/2 cups chicken broth.

  2. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach.

  3. 8 ounces kielbasa or other fully cooked smoked sausage.

  4. 1 can (19 ounces) cannellini

  5. 2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

  6. 8 to 10 drops hot pepper saucs

  1. Place broth, and frozen spinach into a 4 quart pot over high heat.

  2. Slice sausage in a 1/4 inch thick rounds. Add to Pot. When mixture boils, reduce heat, cover and let simmer.

  3. Meanwhile rinse and drain beans: add to pot to pot with macaroni.

  4. Simmer 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender, Stir in pepper sauce. Yield: serves 4 Notes: Collard greens or chopped kale can also be used for this recipe instead of spinach. The pepper sauce can be reduced to a smaller amount. However this gives the excellant taste for this soup.
