  1. Shwarma

  2. Turkey cutlets

  3. A few cloves garlic

  4. A little garlic powder

  5. A little salt

  6. 1 tsp. cumin powder

  7. Paprika, optional

  8. 1 cup water

  9. Optional Techina or Chumus

  10. Saute onions. Cut cutlets into narrow strips and mix with onions.

  11. Fry on low flame. Add spices. Add water as needed, cover and cook

  12. over low flame about 1 hour or until tender. Use chumus or techina

  13. as dip or sauce, if desired.
