  3. 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

  4. 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  5. 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  6. 4 cans (6 oz each) chunk light tuna in olive oil, drained

  7. 1/3 cup each finely chopped celery and red onion
