  1. 1 lb ground turkey

  2. 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs (I use whole wheat)

  3. 3 tablespoons onions , minced

  4. 2 tablespoons ketchup

  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  8. 1/4 teaspoon paprika

  9. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  10. 1/4 teaspoon liquid red pepper seasoning black pepper , to taste

  11. 6 hamburger buns, to serve

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Shape into 6 patties.

  3. Pan-fry, broil, or grill until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.

  4. Serve in hamburger buns with desired toppings.

  5. My fave toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and fat-free/light mayo. ?
