  1. 2 teaspoons 10ml Lobster tails - thawed if frozen (large)

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Melted butter

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cayenne pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Split the tails lengthwise in half and leave the meat in the shells. Place the tails shell-side down on the grill and brush with a mixture of the butter and cayenne. Cook until the shells turn red and the tails are just cooked through, constantly basting with the butter/cayenne mixture to keep them moist. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 2 servings.
