  6. 24 oz Cream cheese, softened

  7. 2 c Vanilla crumbs

  8. 1/3 c Butter, melted

  9. 1/2 c Sugar

  10. 3 lg Eggs

  11. 2 tb Flour

  12. 1 c Irish cream liqueur

  13. 1 t Vanilla

  14. 1 c White chocolate, grated

  15. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crumbs and butter in a medium-size bowl. Press on the bottom of a

  16. 9-inch springform pan. Bake in oven for five minutes.

  17. Remove and set aside. Cream the cheese and sugar. Beat

  18. in the eggs, flour, liqueur and vanilla until smooth.

  19. Pour mixture onto crust and bake for 40 minutes.

  20. Turn off oven and leave in oven for another 15

  21. minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. After

  22. cheesecake has cooled, sprinkle white chocolate on

  23. top. Refrigerate overnight.
