  1. 1 1/2 cups butter crisco

  2. 2 cups dark brown sugar

  3. 4 tablespoons liquid vanilla coffee creamer

  4. 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 3 1/2 cups flour

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  9. 2 cups chocolate chips

  10. 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts of your choice

  1. Preparation : Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine shortening, brown sugar, liquid coffe creamer and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electirc mixer until well blended. Beat eggs into creamed mixture. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. (do not over mix) Stir in Chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!! Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wax paper or paper towels to cool.
