  1. Semolina (Rawa) 1 cup

  2. Chana dal 1 tsp

  3. Mustard 1/4 tsp

  4. Cauliflower 2 cups (1/2 bowl/small size)

  5. Carrot 2 cups (1/2 bowl /small size)

  6. Onion 1 piece (medium size - finely chopped)

  7. Ghee 2 tsp

  8. Green chili 5-6 (finely chopped)

  9. Salt 1/2 tsp

  10. Curry leaves 10-12 pieces

  11. Ghee 2tsp

  1. • Fry rawa in a pan without oil for few minutes

  2. • Keep rawa in a bowl

  3. • Cut cauliflower and carrot into small pieces

  4. • Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan

  5. • Pour chana dal and mustard and wait for few seconds till it sizzle

  6. • Add onions and curry leaves then fry it for 5-10 minutes till it becomes golden brown

  7. • Add cauliflower and carrot and stir it for 10-15 minutes till it becomes tender

  8. • Add green chilly and salt and mix it well

  9. • Add rawa and stir it properly

  10. • Pour 1/2 cup of water, mix it and cover the pan for 5-10 minutes

  11. • Open the lid and stir it for few minutes

  12. • Serve it with tea
