  1. 14 ounces candies

  2. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  1. Place cream in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  2. Once cream reaches a boil, remove from heat; add chopped coating and cover pan.

  3. Let stand approximately 5 minutes, or until coating has melted.

  4. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  5. Refrigerate until firm. Roll into rounds.

  6. Truffles may be rolled in a variety of coatings, such as cocoa, coconut or chopped nuts.

  7. Place in Halloween Baking cups or pipe directly into candy cups.

  8. To pipe, refrigerate truffle mixture just until it holds the shape when spooned.

  9. Place in a decorating bag fitted with tip..

  10. Add mini pumpkin icing decorations.
