  1. 1 lg Spaghetti Squash

  2. 8 oz Cottage Cheese

  3. 16 oz Mozzarella (grated)

  4. 8 oz Parmesan (grated)

  5. 1 qt Spaghetti sauce (w/peppers)

  1. Cook squash.

  2. Fork out insides into a giant cassarole dish.

  3. Add cottage cheese, half of the mozzerella and parmesan, sauce.

  4. Mix it until it looks like it's name.

  5. Top with remaining cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
