  1. 1 pumpkin pie

  2. 375ml double cream

  3. 1 shot almond liqueur or 1 tsp almond essence

  4. Grated nutmeg, to taste

  5. 2 pinches ground cinnamon

  1. Pumpkin Pie with Almond Spiced Whipped Cream Heat the pie in hot oven to crisp shell.

  2. Whisk cream until soft peaks form, a couple of minutes. Whisk in almond liqueur or extract and season with nutmeg and cinnamon, to taste.

  3. Serve pie with flavored cream.
