  1. 4 cup gram flour (flour must be little coarse)(besan)

  2. 1 cup ghee

  3. 2 cup caster sugar

  4. 1 tsp green cardamom powder

  5. 1/2 cup mix dry fruits (chopped)

  6. For Garnish:

  7. unsalted pistachios (chopped)

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan,add the gram flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till golden brown.

  2. Once it is browned, let it cool,add sugar and cardamom powder;mix well.

  3. Add chopped nuts and shape into ladoos and garnish with pistachios.

  4. NOTE: You can store this ladoos for a month on self, in a air tight jar.
