  1. Prawn 1 1/2 kg

  2. Cauliflower florets 1 cup.

  3. Large onions 2

  4. Green Chilli 6

  5. 2 tsp

  6. Pepper pods 6

  7. Turmeric 1 tsp

  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  9. Ghee 2 tsp

  10. Salt to taste

  1. Clean prawns.

  2. Grind onion,cumin seed,pepper corns and red chillies into a paste.

  3. Heat ghee and fry onions slice until golden brown.

  4. Add ground masala and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Fry prawn and cauliflower for 5 minutes.

  6. Add 1 cup water and simmer in acovered vessel till done.2 or 3 tomatoes may be added to taste.

  7. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
