  1. 4 pounds chuck roast (I used london broil)

  2. 1 package brown gravy mix

  3. 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix

  4. splash of Kitchen Bouquet

  1. Cut roast into palm sized pieces Put pieces into slow cooker Add brown gravy mix and italian salad dresssing and Kitchen Bouquet Cook on low until beef falls apart (I cooked mine for 12 hours)

  2. Stir every hour for the first 3 hours Serve on hamburger buns or slices of bread Sounds too easy but it worked for me and it was delicious.
