  4. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  5. 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  6. 1/4 cup of raw honey or other sweetner

  7. juice from 1/2 an orange (3 tablespooons)

  8. 1/4 cup of raw goodness chia

  9. Topping:

  10. 1 1/2 cups of granola

  11. 1/4 cup of soft hemp

  12. 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil

  1. Directions Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F Mix all ingredients well pour into an 8" * 13" pan, coated with coconut oil Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly on top of filling. Bake for about 1/2 hour.
