  2. 118 1/59 ml salsa (your favorite I like panchos)

  3. 177.44 ml diced avocado

  4. 78.07 ml fresh cilantro , chopped

  6. 2.46 ml ground cumin

  7. 2.46 ml sea salt (to taste)

  8. 59.14 ml avocado , diced (for garnish optional)

  9. 14.79 ml cilantro , chopped (for garnish optional)

  10. 14.79 ml red onion , diced (for garnish optional)

  1. Mix together yogurt and salsa.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except garnish.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

  4. Before serving sprinkle on garnish.
