  1. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add zeera.

  2. Once zeera starts spluttering, add the cauliflower pieces, turmeric and salt. Fry till the pieces are semi-soft and turn a little brown.

  3. Meanwhile peel ginger. Cut the ginger into small pieces. Grind the ginger and chilies to a fine paste.

  4. Now add this chili-ginger paste to the fried cauliflower and mix well. Fry a little till the raw smell disappears.

  5. Once cooked garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

  6. This curry goes well with rice and rotis.
