  1. 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

  2. 2 cups water

  3. 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing

  4. 1 lb. dried split peas , rinsed

  5. 4 carrot s, peeled, sliced

  6. 1 onion , chopped

  7. 2 oz. finely chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham

  8. 2 bay leaves

  1. BRING first 3 ingredients to boil in saucepan. Place remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Add broth mixture; cover with lid.

  2. COOK on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours); stir.

  3. DISCARD bay leaves. Remove 1 cup soup; place in shallow bowl. Mash peas and vegetable pieces with fork. Return to slow cooker; stir.
